bechara el khoury street is a very active stret that connects many areas together. It leads to down town, south beirut, achrafieh, ras el nabe3, hamara street, 3en el mrayse etc... It is the heart of beirut and the main road attended by almost every one. This causes this street to become a very crouded one and as i really believe it should contain rounds and tunnels to minimize at least a little bit of the noise that is making our houses some noisy ones.
