Chef Stefanos prepares his dishes to order in the open concept kitchen/wine bar. Open since July 2011, the bistro has received rave reviews from tourists and especially from locals who are spreading the word that Atlantis truly is "Utopia Rediscovered". The menu is "The fusion of old and new world cuisine" featuring daily specials prepared with locally grown ingredients when available. Grecian recipes from the old world(mainland Greece) and new world creations including a wide variety of seafood entrees are offered.
