Bloomfield Shopping Centre is like paradise for shopaholics. They have over forty stores including Our Price, Hoggs, Lifestyle, Marks and Spencer, Tesco, Next and Bargain Books, as well as Garbo's the hairdresser, Boots the chemist, and even a tanning salon. Just so the kids don't feel left out, there is an indoor play area and the obligatory McDonald's in the car park. Parking is free and extensive and for those traveling from downtown Bangor, there are regular free buses. The center also supplies extensive wheelchair and trolley facilities.
