From its riverside location on the Ile St-Louis you might imagine this to be a real tourist trap,There's a small terrace for summer eating, in colder weather you take your chance at one of the ancient tables inside - the décor is resolutely anti-fashion and the ambience rustic. The menu is strong on Alsatian dishes, with a matching selection of wines from that region - and a good choice of beer, too.
