Bakery The original Bread Ahead in Cowey Road has been in existence for over 20 years and now has its second branch and full bakery in Hillcrest at Lillies Quarter. The first mall store was opened in Gateway Shopping Centre in August 2009. There are now a total of 8 stores in the greater Durban area. Each store gets product delivered fresh from the central bakery every morning. And opening in May is the latest addition to the family - Bread Ahead Hilcrest - just as big as the original bakery you have come to love.
