You cant miss the life size Brunswick Cow statue which stands proudly in the centre of the farming town of Brunswick. The big Friesian cow statue is affectionately known as Daisy by the locals, and she stands as testament of the significant role dairy farming has played in the development of the town. Be sure to take the opportunity to taste some of the wonderful fresh dairy produce the town is famous for.
