One of the trendiest restaurants of Cebu s found in old Pari-an Stree.The Parian was traditionally the enclave of the Chinese-Filipino mestizos in Cebu, and nearly a hundred years or so ago, it was a fairly chic address to have. Some of the oldest homes from that era have been preserved, but many more have been lost and the area is a a shadow of its former self. Their menu evolves every week, so it becomes a surprise whenever you visit.
