Cafe Hamra in Beirut's lively Hamra Street offers traditional Lebanese food, especially breakfast. The cafe's interior has a modern and sophisticated design, but the highlight is the patio with plenty of potted palms, comfortbale seating and white umbrellas. It isn't cheap but the food is fabulous, the service very attentive and the portions are big.
