Since 1984, the Cardo Gallery has been exhibiting and selling works of art designed by contemporary Israeli artists and sculptors. Located in the restored Cardo, the main north-south street built by the Romans and used in Byzantine times as a main market thoroughfare in ancient Jerusalem, the Cardo Gallery is a showcase today for artists including Daniel Kafri, Victor Shems and Natalie Kusnetsova.
