Located in the Gavilan Mountains in the southern Salinas Valley, Chalone features some of the most well regarded in the County. It's 100% estate grown wines include Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Syrah, Vionier and an especially good Pinot Noir. Tastings are provided by appointment only.
