Located in the scenic Xiaotangshan Town, Changping District, it is Asia's largest museum displaying aircraft relics. It covers an area of more than 1,000 acres. The collection has in excess of 200 aircraft of over 100 types and more than 700 examples of weapons and equipment, such as surface to air missiles, antiaircraft artillery, air defense radar, aerial bombs, aerial camera, etc. In it, you can get a good knowledge of the world's great aviation treasures ranging from precious to modern aircraft and equipment, such as the 99 Advanced Trainer Aircraft, Boston, IL-10, Yak -17 and F -12 etc. You can also see original research materials and participate in many aviation activities in person.

Its mark which is up to ten meters (33 feet) high is the first thing you will see when you walk into it. It is a milky white pillar holding a white single-seat light fighter plane which appears to soar in flight. Not far from the mark stands a monument named The Soul of Heaven which is made of black granite collected from Taishan Mountain.

It is divided into three large exhibition areas: Cavern Exhibition Hall, Open-air Exhibition Area, and Integrated Hall.CNY20 for the Cavern Exhibition Hall and CNY20 for the Integrated Hall
