Place Built for the Constituent assembly in 2007, it is now a museum of the constitution and a place for expo. In front of the principal building it was built in 2008 a mausoleum for the ashes of Eloy Afaro, Ecuador National Hero. You can see his life history inside the mausoleum and magnificent sculptures about the story of Ecuador.
