Inverted snobbery at its best. This is the brainchild of a popular restaurateur who has made it just like a dhaba, except that Deluxe Dhaba is not really a dhaba. It is a simple, clean, sparse restaurant with a TV screen at one end and a menu that could be that of a bona fide dhaba. Oh, and the prices are down to earth, almost as they would be in a real dhaba. So there is Cheese Naan with Gravy, Palak Paneer and Baingan Bhartha - all the popular dishes of a highway eatery. Whatever else you have, do not miss Lemon Meat, an invention of Deluxe Dhaba that has brought them name and fame.
