Derwent Entertainment Centre is a the largest indoor arena in Tasmania and the multi-purpose arena is the primary venue in Hobart for large indoor functions/events. It is surrounded by magnificent vistas of mountains and clear blue water views of the Derwent River. Regarded as the premier entertainment venue in the state, the centre's capacity is up to 5,400 fully seated and 7,500 for general admission. The popular venue is regularly used for concerts, conventions, exhibitions, dinners, trade shows and meetings.
