Dive Arranmore is based on Arranmore Island, off north west Donegal. Access to the island is by scheduled ferry services from Burtonport Harbour, located 7 kilometres from the nearest town of Dungloe. Arranmore is accessible in all seasons, offers excellent dive locations, abundant sea life, spectacular scenic locations, a broad range of accommodation options and recreational facilities.Dive Arranmore, established in 2012, provides quality diving services and facilities, which serve to enhance the diving and recreational experience of its customers. With strict adherence to dive safety and regulations, all diving instruction/accompanied dives take place under the close guidance and supervision of Jim Muldowney, who is a qualified and highly experienced diving instructor. The waters off Arranmore offer an excellent array of dive sites ranging from sheltered coves, wall dives and wrecks and the waters surrounding the island, support an abundance of sea life. Observe the many species such as cod, ling, conger eel, pollock, wrasse, skate, turbot, plaice and crustacea in their natural environment. Examine at close range the habitats which support a diverse range of cold water corals, sponges, sea slugs, sea urchins and starfishes.By arranging your diving trip with Dive Arranmore, all the guess work will be removed as Jim will transport you directly to the finest dive sites off Arranmore, leaving you to relax and enjoy the dive.
