Dromore House is the perfect place to relax. This four bedroom, modernised, country house is just off the Ballintra to Rossnowlagh road. Views of green hills rise away from the rear of the house. It benefits from a garden at the front, an orchard at one side and an enclosed yard at the rear. This yard is a safe area for children to play and for car parking. There is also a barbeque and a picnic bench. Dromore House is conveniently situated in close proximity to the Blue Flag Rossnowlagh beach and Murvagh golf course, both within five minutes’ drive away. Donegal Town is equally convenient, being a 10 minutes’ drive away. The Waterworld Centre, surf schools and horse riding facilities in Bundoran are only 15 minutes’ drive. There are also numerous pubs and restaurants within 10 minutes’ drive of the house. Rossnowlagh beach has lifeguard patrols in the summer months, making it a safe a popular swimming spot. Surf lessons are available as well as sea, river, or lake angling in the locality.The house has four bedrooms all upstairs: three doubles, one of which is ensuite, and one single. There is also a bathroom with bath and separate shower upstairs. Downstairs enjoy the atmosphere of a log fire in either of the two living rooms (wood and peat for fires supplied free). The spacious modern kitchen/dining room features all modern conveniences, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric hob/oven and microwave. There is also a WC downstairs. Bed linen and towels are supplied and a cot and high chair also available. The property has oil central heating.
