Ebute Oni Beach

Ogun Waterside, Nigeria

About

This is a very scenic beach. During summers, the blue waters of the beach are warm and welcoming. The brown sands are coarse and it is a pleasure to walk on them with bare feet. The waves are calm and gentle. Even during high tides, they are not very huge. Swimming and wading are the eagerly done activities by people coming to this beach. There is a port quite near to this beach. There are many interesting places to be seen around this beach. Some of them are the Suna Cultural Hall, full of archaeological findings; Orisagamu Water Pot; the 1854-built Oba's Palace that displays hundreds of historical relics and antiquities; the Centenary Hall in Abeokuta; the Birkisu Sungbo Shrine; and the Palace of Oba at Sagamu.
