On the ninth floor of the Clarks Hotel, Falaknuma -- a popular choice with local diners -- offers excellent views of the city, so be sure to grab a table near a window. Live Indian music is performed every night except Tuesday. It offers a good variety of mouthwatering Lucknowi specialties; if you've never had kakori kebab, made with minced lamb and mixed Indian spices, try it here with roomali roti. Also excellent is Avadhi murgh korma, spring chicken cooked in golden gravy that's rich and spicy. The host, Mr. Srivastava, has been keeping guests satisfied for over a decade.
