Feitoria Restaurante & Wine Bar is currently one of only two Lisbon restaurants to garner a coveted Michelin star (the other is Tavares Rico). Chef José Cordeiro has designed a menu that fuses Portuguese and Oriental flavours based on the seasons. An exceptional winter choice is the sea bass with couscous, razor clam and red onions in Douro vinegar. And he is not afraid to experiment: the black truffle tasting menu is a revelation. The impressive wine list encompasses some of the country's finest labels, including lesser-known producers.
