The Floriculture Centre, unfortunately, does not find a prominent mention on any Munnar itinerary. But to a more discerning eye, this place holds a wealth of knowledge and splendid opportunities for spending some quality time. Functioning under the auspices of the Kerala Forest Development Corporation, the centre is a beautiful garden teeming with rare varieties of flowers and herbal plants. Adding to the charm of the place are looming tea plantations in the background.
