Pemayangtse Monastery which is one of the first and few oldest monastery in Sikkim, built by Gyalwa Lhatsun Namkha Jigme. Rimbi River which falls on the way to Khecheopalri and Yuksam where the main attractions are the river, water falls, oldest Hydel power station, Sewaro rock garden and the village. Khangchendzonga Waterfalls is situated at a sharp curve on the road side. The falls being very big in size and equally attractive through out the year. Khecheopalri Lake is the most holy and wish fulfilling. According to Buddhist belief the lake is the emanation of goddess Tara blessed by Guru Rempoche.
