It's enough to know that the chef is Sardinian with over 20 years of experience. La Gritta is located just off Sukhumvit Road near Robinson's Department Store. Recipes come from a variety of regions in Italy, but you can count on the staples of pasta, lasagna, macaroni and ravioli. The presentation is worthy of photography and the chef often mingles with guests and doubles as sommelier to help you with the excellent wine list.
