'Hanarhan J' ('Vegetarian Food restaurant'), Ratsavongseuk rd (between '7 restaurant' and 'Dok Champa Khao massage'). 8am-8pm. This is the only entirely vegan restaurant in town. Delicious Lao / Vietnamese food. Very busy during certain periods that (even!) Buddhist Lao people observe vegetarianism. No menu, so every day they something slightly different including: vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, snacks, soups and fruit/vegetable juices. 10-30,000 kip.
