Hanuman Dhoka in Kathmandu Durbar Square highlights the life of King Tribhuvan (1906-1955) who helped liberate the country from the Rana regime in 1951 since the King Tribhuvan was a highly respected and loved member of the Nepali community. The Tribhuvan Museum pays tribute to this amazing leader and many Nepali's come here to pay homage to the memory of this noble king and to educate newer generations about his valiant and brave life. Hanuman Dhoka is a complex of structures with the Royal Palace of the Malla kings and also of the Shah dynasty in the Durbar Square of centralKathmandu, Nepal. It is spread over five acres. The Hanuman Dhoka Palace (Hanuman Dhoka Durbar in Nepali) gets its name from the stone image ofHanuman, the Hindu monkey god, that sits near the main entryway. 'Dhoka' means door in Nepali.[1]all temple that are situated in a durbar square is the best example of newari architecture.
