Anchored by Sears at one end and Harris' Gottchalks at the other, this medium-sized mall with moderately-priced shops is a favorite with local residents of the "down valley," located roughly southeast of Palm Springs. Many of the shops are devoted to clothing, but there are a few jewelers, shoe stores, service providers for phones, hair styling and nail care. The Factory 2-U outlet store provides discounted goods from many manufacturers. Credit card acceptance varies by merchant. Parking is free.
