About

The location could not be better, on a forested hillside overlooking the city and lake. Wrought-iron furniture sits on a circular platform with a breathtaking view. Behind this platform is a large wooden dome-shaped dining area that calls to mind an indigenous village hall. The menu comprises well-presented seafood and grilled meat dishes. The lobster, set on a bed of pasta shells with white sauce, is particularly good. There is live music, with traditional costume and dance performances on weekends. It might get a little too touristy, but you won't care when you take in the view -- this place manages to make Managua look beautiful, which is no small achievement.
