Island Market is a new indoor market, which specializes in food, new products and craft. These include seafood, meat, groceries, prepared foods, fresh produce, clothing, Manchester, home wares, tools, garden plants, Tasmanian wine and olive products. Tasmania's largest new clothing liquidator operates from one of their two main buildings. The complex includes an olive processing plant, which has a customer viewing window. Their heated building is clean and spacious with wide aisles between the rows of stalls.
