Italia In Cucina is one of the few specialty Italian restaurants in Kolkata. The ambiance is quite modest.  The menu is long and innovative including so many different variants of italian cuisine- starting from bruschetta , chicken ragout to normal things like sphaghetti and garlic bread.The ground floor proudly seats the open kitchen, showcasing industrial deep fryer, dough makers and the works along with a small-goods fridge that stores all imported cheeses, cold cuts and more. The first and second floors house the family style restaurant, with sedate white banquet style covers, with stream of soft white and blue lighting.
