When Jack and his mother receive a water bill which they cannot pay because they are poor, there is only one thing for it, Daisy the family cow will have to go. Jack and his friend Jill head to market with Daisy but before they get there they meet Mortimus Magpie. Mortimus cons Jack into selling Daisy for a handful of beans. The intention is to get rich by teaching Daisy tricks and exhibiting her. Jack’s mother is furious when he comes home and sends him off to bed. She throws the beans out the window and during the night a giant beanstalk grows… This is the start of a great adventure as Jack decides to climb the beanstalk to find out what is at the top.This is a 2nd Skin Theatre Company in association with the WEB Theatre Ltd production.
