JB Restaurant is a family owned restaurant; chef's wife Ema is the manager, his daughter Nina is a sommelier, and his son Tomaz is following his father's steps of one day becoming the second world renowned chef in the family. 
 We like to host families; children and their parents they both enjoy a distinct and sophisticated taste of extraordinary plates. We accept reservations for special private occasions, such as birthday celebrations, weddings, PR events and business meetings.
