Kelab Golf Sarawak, or more fondly known as "KGS" among the local community is located approximately 8 kilometers from the city center of Sarawak capital city, Kuching.

KGS began its operations in 1985 with the opening of its first 18-hole Matang/Santubong, and later in 1989 added the second 18-home Siol/Demak to make KGS the lone 36-hole golf club in the "Land of Hornbills".
