One of the few options for Scandinavian food in Rio, with modest décor and service. Koskenkorva concentrates on fish, but also has a good variety of salads. The smörgasbord includes marinated salmon, two types of herring, salmon paste, trout pâté, goose pâté, liver pâté, beef, shrimp, cucumber preserve, sausages, potato salad and other specialties, and it serves two. Koskenkorva has two other locations, one in Barra da Tijuca and one in Leblon.
