Situated in Beyoglu - the heart of downtown - Koyu Kahve is a quaint café mixing rustic elements like beamed ceilings and wooden shutters with Ottoman décor like ornate Franklin stoves and plush draperies. The chef keeps the clientele intrigued with his delicious creations by changing the menu every 15 days, while the paintings on the wall change almost as often to showcase local artists. The owner provides different activities every Thursday night (5:30p-7:30p) for the enjoyment of the patrons.
