The concept of Le Café des Arts, is an Institution focussed on Art, Cultural and Gastronomic. Imagination, reality and conception tend to blend into this rich historical background. It houses the Maniglier Foundation its Gastronomic restaurant Le Café des Arts , its contemporary Art Gallery and Museum, the Maniglier Workshop and a private swimming pool designed in the ruins.
