Les Anges

"Les Anges" Patisserie (The Angels' Bakery) (pronounced "Lays Ongg") has proven a huge success on the island with many of the 5 star hotels being supplied with our specialty cakes, homemade pastries and delicious ice creams and chocolates,

from the glass enclosed chocolate room where you are able to view the creations being made.

Les Anges is many gourmet experiences all rolled into one - a cafe, deli, bakery, restaurant and bar. Chef Georges Sirre continues to serve the island's finest pastries, home-made chocolates and specialty cakes and is doing a roaring trade.

The deli serves imported cold cuts and cheeses, with made-to-order sandwiches and salads, along with the daily salad bar. For the indulgent or those looking for gifts, there is also the chocolate counter, ice-cream parlour and a selection of fine wines and champagnes.
