Mäkelänrinne is the largest indoor swimming pool in Finland. With almost 7000 cubic meters of space, Mäkelänrinne is the haven for trained swimmers and novices. Opened in 1999, it has separate lanes for fast and slow swimmers. There is a smaller pool for children, sauna and jacuzzi to relax your senses. Apart from hosting local and national championships, Mäkelänrinne has also hosted the European Championships in 2000. Check website for details.
