For Mullagh Hill Walk, park at the amenity area on the lake shore outside Mullagh on the Viriginia road (R194). Walk along the main road towards Cavan for 300 metres. There is a sign on the right hand side pointing to a hill walk. The path way is good but steep and there are wonderful 360 degree views across Counties Cavan and Monaghan.
