Well, for starter, its a very tall building. You can see a lot from top floors. Also, less smog up there. You'll be able to take clean shots, I presume, if you're planning to take pictures. And, there is no entry fee. :) On the other hand, since its an office building, there are no cafes or canteens for the public. However, there are many old-style restaurants just a few minutes' walk away.
