Olympics Through Media

The Olympics Through Media exhibition traces the evolution of the Modern Olympics through the development of Photography and Motion pictures from the 1870's to this year's London Olympic Games.The exhibition is a collaboration between the Qatar Olympic & Sports Museum and the QMA Media Collections Department and will include a series of rare archive documentaries and films of the Olympic Games since 1896.The exhibition will also include historical Olympic objects, photographs and photographic equipment and other visual imagery to place sports and media in a broader context
