Oregon Underwater is already making a splash in Portland. It carries everything from snorkels to wetsuits and gloves to fins. Equipment is also available for rent. The certified staff will teach you all the necessary diving techniques. Use your new-found skills to go on diving tours in the Pacific Northwest or as far as the tropical Caribbean Islands.
