This tiny restaurant near the outskirts of Florence is a gem that can easily be missed. Tre panche means "three benches," and in fact, that is all the seating available: three picnic-style tables with benches, each large enough to fit six people. If you come with fewer than six people, be prepared to share your table. The décor may be simple and homey, but the food is world-class.
