Located in central Lyon, this park is the largest in France. Covering an area of 117 hectares, its large lake caters to water sports like boating and rafting during the summer. It has an eight-hectare botanical garden and a mini zoo that is home to giraffes, elephants, tigers and other animals. There are sports equipment like a velodrome, boules court, mini-golf, an area for horse riding, and a miniature train.
