Phnom Banan
About
Phnom Banan is a hilltop temple and also has a cave. It is one of the best kept of the few remaining Khmer ruins in Battambang. Like the other phnoms, it dates back to the 11th century and is also heavily looted. Tourists would love the views of the surrounding areas from here. Going to the top takes a little trekking, as it is a steep climb from the base.
