This is a typycal "parrillada" (all kinds of beef ready made in big grills). the meat is really great and Enrique, the man at the parrila knows haw to cook it exactly to your taste. Pasta dishes are also great. As you sit down they invite with a "half and half" dring locally made(half white wine, half champagne)
