Not just another Italian restaurant on Lincoln Road, Quattro is a Northern Italian standout thanks to its chefs -- 29-year-old twin brothers hailing from the Piedmont region of Italy who barely speak English, but speak pasta fluently. Signature dishes on the menu include homemade beef ravioli Piemontese style with butter and sage, barley "risotto" with Taleggio and cracked white pepper, and Mediterranean sea bass baked in a salt crust. The wine list is all Italian and reasonably priced. The room is gorgeous, with dramatic lighting, chandeliers, and an all-glass bar that buzzes with la dolce vita. Try the cheese plate if you're not that hungry -- it's a meal in itself and features that salami you wished you had smuggled back home the last time you returned from Italy.
