The Rive Gauche is located inside the splendid Hotel Baur Au Lac. The restaurant and the bar were completely renovated from 1994 to 1997 and they are managed separately from the hotel. The bar offers various cocktails and over 100 single-malt whiskeys. The specialties of the restaurant include lamb with rice, salmon filet and sushi. To be mentioned in particular is the big selection of first-class wines, available also by the glass.
