The River Bush Game Fishery is an intergal part of an experimental salmon river which is managed primarily for ecological research studies into the life cycle of Atlantic salmon. However, within the terms of the research programme, game angling of the highest quality is made available to the public. The co-operation of anglers is essential because the success of the research project depends on the accuracy of the record of each year's total run of fish, which, of course, includes the rod and line catch.
