Robinson Memorial, 100 N. Garfield Ave., [18]. The memorial, located directly across from City Hall, honors the historic accomplishments of baseball legend Jackie Robinson and his brother, Olympian Mack Robinson with two 9-foot bronze portraiture sculptures. The Robinson brothers grew up in Pasadena. Jackie was the first African American to play professional baseball and Mack was a sprinter who won a silver medal in the 1936 Berlin Olympics.
