A la carte, fixed price and tasting menus are contemporary North American in content and delivery. Service is seamless, crisp and warm. This masterfully created interior exudes warmth, style and luxury with glass walls, lush two story drapes, pendant lights, warm wood and patterned tile floors. An impressive wine display, in a giant glass cellar near the front door, present a portion of the over 400 labels that have been purchased over the past two years in preparation for the opening of Rush. The ninety seat lounge offers an a la carte menu with many 'sharing' dishes and over 40 wines by the glass. At Calgary's first in-kitchen chef's table, Chef Leboe and Wine Director Marnie Harfield are pleased to compose an exclusive tasting menu for you and your seven guests.
