Samadhi Shrine is the mausoleum where the mortal remains of Sathya Sai Baba's parents, Sri Pedda Venkama Raju and Smt. Easwaramma are interred. Located opposite to the main gate of Sathya Sai Ashram, at the Samadhi Road near to the Gopuram, the shrine reflects Baba's deep love and affection towards his parents.

Anniversary of the passing away of his mother Smt. Easwaramma is commemorated as Easwaramma Day on May 6 every year. On this date, Sathya Sai Baba visits the shrine to pay homage to his mother. Bhajans are conducted and 'Narayana Seva' (community feeding) is organised at the Samadhi Shrine, on this date.
